I was soooo close. Here I thought I had tapered off slowly enough that he wouldn’t notice, but nope! Somehow he found out.
I guess I should be thanking him, but really I was kind of excited about the thought of dropping this blog thing. I was thinking about it and we started the blog right about 8 years ago… that is a lot of photos and posts. Anyway, this blog got past the “no longer available”, all the way to, “you have 15 days before this domain name is deleted permanently”. ( I was counting down the days!!!)
SO CLOSE!
Almost everyone that used to watch this blog is now on facebook. You can see pictures and updates there. Anyway, since Nathan is so observant, the blog is paid for and re-activated. If it weren’t for Nathan, paying for the sight, and reminding me to post pictures, I would have given up a LONG time ago. Thanks- I guess. ;)
Maybe, just maybe, if I know people actually look at this (or would look, if I actually updated it), I might -NO PROMISES- put up some pictures again.
I feel like it is time for a update. Hope you (yes, you… you know who you are) will forgive me for being SO slow in getting thesee photos up for you. ;) The first several are of a few awesome couples… actually a bunch of awesome couples!
I hope this at least gives you a feel of the weddings! If it wasn’t enough, you’ll have to meet me for coffee and I will show you the rest. ;) It was such a great weekend, very busy, but fun!
AND… happy mothers day to my beautiful mother! I love you soo much!
Yesterday Eli graduated from Basic Training. We are all so proud of him! Not only did he finish 8 weeks of boot camp, but he was assigned Leader over (approx.) 16 fellow air-men. Dad and Mom are spending the weekend with him before he continues on to Biloxi, MS for further training.
-more pictures coming soon.
This morning we went to the Arboretum! It is only a ten minute drive to get there and lots of space to run, explore and hike.

This past weekend Nathan and his fiancee MaryEllen came home for Easter! We had a fun few days…
Nothing like having your brother come with his lawn-care equipment and crew to make your yard look beautiful… It was amazing, they came in with lawn mowers and weed whips and before I knew it the lawn was perfect, despite all of the rocks that seem to grow like weeds in our yard – they are everywhere and can’t be easy to mow around.
Thank you Estate Lawn Services! ;)
isn’t that a great logo, btw? I know the designer(hi Jennifer!); she pretty awesome too.
It has been just over 10 years since we have had the yard space to have a clothes line! Now we do! Dad set it up for Mom this morning and I think she is happy, because dispite the fact that it is suppose to rain the majority of today… there is laundry on the clothes line! ;)
This is the view from our diningroom table… every morning the horse trainers race around the track out there – you can see part of the race track where that fence is, it goes all the way around that big circle.
and these are the purple flowers from the picture above only happily sitting on our diningroom table! :)
Happy Tuesday to you! Hope you enjoy the rain! ;)
This picture just came up on my computer and it made me realize that we need to find a new ice cream place… I miss being able to walk down the street with the kiddos to get ice cream… :)
Happy Thursday!!
6. Put more toppings on. (btw, this was the BEST pizza we have ever made, yum) Recipe Here
7. Cut the pizza (after it comes out of the oven).
8. Dish up pizza and sit around in the livingroom watching a movie.
We love pizza night and movie night. :)
On Sunday we all went into DC for the Cherry Blossom race.
The familly all came in to cheer as Abram and I finished and then we had a picnic breakfast.
One more little race. :)
After seeing the cherry blossoms we went back to Abram’s house for another picnic!
This is a friend’s little guy, Eli! He is getting so big!
We had a great day!! Good food. Great company. And exhilarating exercise!
Took a few pictures of Tovala this morning, it was so sunny and such a fresh morning. (looks like rain now)
