Harvest Party...

This evening was the Harvest party at church...It was a fun time!
Oscar and Half Pint, the clowns, came and performed for us...they were fun!

Today was Asher's 3rd birthday!!!!

I think he may have enjoyed his day!!! Birthday presents and cake... it was pretty fun!

Fresh Homemade Bread Business!!!

About a month and a half ago Talia started a bread business. . . since she began she has continued to get more and more customers, so many in fact - that she had to hire on some help!!! Noah, Seth and Talia now make bread on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays...

Call and order(only the people who live closer than Florida, Alabama, Colorado, and Virginia....)!!!

CAL Tournament...

This weekend we participated in Cal tournament; the boys with Soccer and the girls with volleyball. We got 2nd place in the tournament(only three points from 1st). We all had a lot of fun - of course it would have been more fun if we would have been able to take home 1st, but it was still pretty good!

The boys played hard - but they had some pretty good competition!
Eli got the MBP(most bruised player) award....he played very hard and is a little sore this evening.

Soccer and Volleyball are both done for the season!! It was a great year...we all enjoyed it!

Trip to D.C.

This past weekend Dad, Mom and Sylvia went to Washington D.C.
Abram made a tour of the White House possible - which they enjoyed very much!

They had a nice time with Abram, Aaron and Jennifer! :)

Dad attended a conference with Abram on Friday and Saturday, they really enjoyed the speakers that they were able to hear!

Sylvia had fun too! :)

...and we are happy to have them back home! :)

There's a pretty pirate in town...

Watch out for the big mean pirate...he's(actually she's) pretty scary!!

I am not sure how she managed to keep such a stern face... :)

A Day in October...

Our Fall colors are at their end, but still very beautiful!!!

This afternoon we went into the park, to play!!!

We went enjoyed the swings!!!

Asher could not have been happier... he loves to play outside!!!

We had fun!!!! :)

Happy Birthday Behn!!!!

Before you decide that we have all lost our minds...yes, Behn's birthday is really tomorrow, but we celebrated his birthday yesterday because Dad, Mom and Sylvia left this morning to go to Virginia to visit Abram and Aaron and to get a tour of the white house! :)

Tomorrow Behn will turn 7 years old!!!

and he is the proud owner of a brand new tool set, he is becoming a very good carpenter... today he built a car and he is working on building a train - with the help of a few of his brothers.

So, for the past week and a half that I have not gotten around to posting....

Last Sunday--

We went to a park in Stillwater and Dad bought us all Butter-burgers from Culvers and we played in the park for the afternoon...

It was a lovely afternoon...Sylvia and I took a little walk...

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday...

School, Volleyball, Soccer, writing class, Housecleaning, working, piano lessons, playing a few games of boggle, eating breakfast, lunch and dinner, trying to survive without Hannah, missing Abram and Aaron..... that pretty much sums it up!


Saturday...

Eli and I painted the eves of this house... it was a tough job, especially in the back - I really didn't enjoy being at the very top of extension ladders(extended all the way) and reaching as far as I could to scrape the old paint off and put the new on...but it is done and it looks "tolerable, I suppose"... not nearly as well as we would have liked!


Sunday - Today

Today after church we went to an all church annual pot luck! We went on a hay ride...

We pet the calves...

This one was just born...he was very friendly!!

and I thought he was pretty cute! :)

We also enjoyed a horse back ride on a very big horse named Angus.
It was a fun day!

Hello, everyone! I love you and miss you! Yetta, you are doing great with the blog...but you did forget to post this week! I want to see a picture of Joel with his braces! :)
Yesterday we spent the day hiking the Continental Divide.
It was beautiful...and it even snowed! :) I love you all lots!

Happy Birthday Sylvia!!!!

Today was Sylvia's first birthday!!!!

I am pretty sure she enjoyed the day... being sang to over and over again, getting big presents with colorful paper, eating tasty cake, and eating lots of animal crackers...

and she got to see Grandpa and Grandma!!!

Mom made a very good cake!!! M'mmm, very tasty...and all very healthy tooo!
